A man named Stephen A. Schwarzman s a billionaire American businessman and the co-founder of the Blackstone group firm. He Was a professor at the Yale school of Management and is a Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the John F Kennedy Center of performing arts. On March 11 of 2008 Stephen A. Schwarzman told the world of his generous contribution toward the expansion of the New York Public Library. he donated One hundred million dollars to transform the center library into a place where you can borrow books and conduct research. The 1911 Beux Art Structure will have its name changes to Stephen A. Schwartzman Building, when consturction is completed in about 6 years or so. He is a trustee in the New York Public Library and his name will soon show as you enter into the main entrance of the library. They will discreetly display his name to keep pride with the librarys history. Mr. Schwartzman is giving back to a city which has given him everything.
