How to license your work!

If you go to creative commons.org and click on learn more it shows you the difference between full copyright and public domain. A creator envisions complete control of their work or complete freedom. There has to be a happy medium. With this website the creator can decide from a wide range of varieties between all rights reserved and no rights reserved. First you choose a set of conditions for your work. There is attribution, non-commercial, no derivatives work and share alike. Then you choose a license. You can choose whatever fits your needs. There is attribution (by), attribution share alike (by-sa), Attribution No Derivatives (by-nd), Attribution Non-commercial (by-nc),Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike (by-nc-sa), Attribution Non-commercial No Derivatives (by-nc-nd). Your license choice will be expressed in three ways: a commons deed, a legal code and a digital code. This website is perfect for artists, scientists and teachers and the tools provided are free.
